Fantastic Livibg Experience
Pros
There are so many. For starters, landlord is incredibly responsive and willing to help with anything at the drop of a hat. The neighbors are great and friendly and quiet. The building is clean and in a great spot. The list goes on.
Cons
The only con would be the amount of noise from nearby construction. It’s not unbearable, but it’s persistent. This doesn’t have much to do with the building, though. It’s more of a location/luck of the draw thing.
