    Location, Noise, Super was Responsive, Payments online
    Cons:
    Light, Mice (Kept Returning - fixed after 1 year when the super finally pulled out the appliances), Hallways not super maintained
    Advice to owner:
    Update the kitchens to help fix the mice problem
