Pros:
Location is great. In unit w/d
Cons:
- management is completely non responsive and negligent
- building common spaces have never been cleaned
- construction work in building does not follow city safety regulations
- maintenance has never responded to requests
- renovated units are cheap flips. Turned a 1 bed into a two bed and the walls are 1 in thick. Floors are un even. Cabinets don’t line up

Rent was inexpensive and felt very safe
Cons:
The landlord did inform tenants when the building was sold and leases were not being renewed
