Overall nice apartment

Pros:
Super and management were both responsive. Building was kept clean and noise levels were low.
Cons:
Heat during the winter was barely on. Submitted multiple complaints but nothing ever changed

Neighbors very friendly. In excellent block of UWS. Landlord responsive & often available.
