Rude Landlord

Pros:
Apt was spacious, great natural light, supers were pretty responsive to small fixes. Neighbors were very quiet, keep to themselves.
Very close to subway
Love being close to the park
Cons:
Building had a funky smell, occasionally. Older building. Appliances took forever to get fixed/replaced.
Landlord tried to keep our deposit, was trying to scare us but we actively fought back and he eventually gave us our deposit back. (File a claim if necessary).
Advice to owner:
Don’t be so rude with your tenants. Be compliant with NYC landlord rules by returning deposits within the required timeframe.
