    Prime location, near CP and subway

    Location is great, but apartment overall needs improvement

    Location - close to subways and central park
    Cons:
    The floors are super thin you can hear everything the upstairs neighbors are doing
    The super doesn't understand or speak English and it's extremely difficult to communicate with him so if there's any problem within the apartment he'd ask you to talk to the super directly knowing fairly well the super would not help you because of the language barrier
    Basement is dirty and full of rodents and cockroaches
