Pros

Generally quiet, landlord was not bothering me

Cons

cockroaches. no matter how clean I was or what pest control I tried, didn't matter. Had to ask for my deposit back for over a month and several times.

Advice to the owners

Give back deposit on time and treat for cockroaches more frequently.

Great location and really affordable rent for the area. Quiet, nice neighbors.

Cons

Owner was pretty hands off and unresponsive. No super in the building, so emergencies like leaks or monoxide alarms drag on.
