    Complete disaray of a building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Nice neighbors and good location
    Cons:
    Rodents, bird poop all over entry way where we walk in, unsafe / filthy laundry room that requires coins and never works, heat problems, roaches all over stairwell and in units
    Advice to owner:
    Clean this place up
