Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 350 Central Park West reflect a building with a quiet location and friendly neighbors, benefiting from attentive doormen and staff. Residents appreciate the convenient neighborhood and a lived-in superintendent. However, significant issues persist, including frequent elevator outages, poor water pressure, heating problems, pest infestations, and ongoing maintenance deficiencies such as leaks and broken pipes. Management responsiveness is often criticized as inadequate, with some renters feeling rent prices do not justify the condition. While some praise the building’s peaceful atmosphere, many suggest urgent improvements in infrastructure and management practices are needed to enhance living conditions and tenant satisfaction.
