Pros:
Super is responsive, attentive and building is generally clean and very pleasant.
Cons:
Elevator is a little slow, but it’s a boutique building, so the matter is not that pressing.
Advice to owner:
Invest more in the buildings outdoor areas like the rooftop and courtyard
