    Elevator and laundry building. Afrim is a great manager.

    Great location but awful management

    Well situated Previously reasonable rent
    Cons:
    Terrible and dishonest building management Uncontrollable mouse problem Front door lock constantly broken Charged against security deposit for normal wear and tear
    Advice to owner:
    Please be more responsive to tenants, hard to get any help for any problems and really unprofessional after move out.
