    A very nice experience - beautiful street
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Loved living in the brownstone. Felt like a home, at the most perfect street. Very quite - we slept with the windows open most summer nights.
    Cons:
    Units are relatively small.
    Advice to owner:
    Great owner, who really cares about the building.
