Decent apartment for the neighborhood

Neighborhood, nice appliances
Cons:
Stairs always dirty

Cockroaches everywhere

Pros:
Very helpful super.
Heat is very strong.
Cons:
Negligent and shameful management.
Insects.
Advice to owner:
Pest control and hire new property manager. The super is very helpful. But management is shameful.
