    Amsterdam ave convenient building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Great location. Stores near front door are quiet.
    Cons:
    Super is old and can struggle to help with issues at times. Nice and means well but it can take a while. My unit had zero natural light.
    Advice to owner:
    Add way to pay rent online.
