    Charming walk-up in prime UWS
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    The building is very well maintained, including the charming small details. The owners take a lot of pride in the building and are very responsive. I really enjoyed living here.
    Cons:
    The apartment is soooo hot in the wintertime. But I guess better than the alternative :/
    Advice to owner:
    Keep up the good work!
