    Nice place to live
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Quiet and no hassles
    Cons:
    the common spaces aren't cleaned. The apartment itself is spacious, the bathroom needs re-doing-- it's livable, just not very attractive.
    Advice to owner:
    I think the owner is lovely but it would be nice for the common area and stairwell to be cleaned on a regular basis
