    Beautiful old building but not well kept up
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Very beautiful old brown stone divided into apartments and business space on lower level. Things take a long time to get fixed or updated if it happens at all.
    Cons:
    The lobby area hasn't been cleaned in years. Regular repairs to keep the building in good working order, have not been kept up also for years
    Advice to owner:
    Repairs and cleaning would be good
