Pros
quiet neighborhood & management is easy to work with. Units are not modern but well maintained.
Cons
super is really nice but sometimes disorganized and not a good communicator. However I don't blame him as he seems overextended by management. Occasional package thefts occur and it's difficult to get access to the hallway security recordings
Advice to the owners
Give the poor super some help. Would also be really helpful if we had more access to the security tapes for theft prevention. What's the point of recording if residents can't access
