large, duplex apartments. trash outside clearly marked, quick response by management to issues, good restaurants and access to transit nearby
Cons:
SO LOUD. There is a school on the next block; children start yelling in adjacent playground at 7:30am and do not stop until after 5 (weather permitting). Construction next door kicks up dust and is incessantly loud six days a week. Building entry not secure at all; multiple packages have been stolen. Neighbors do not ask who is at the door when buzzed. Apartment has an AC unit built in that the building management said they would not maintain which is nonsense.
Advice to owner:
Install cameras at entry, get a better intercom system, maintain the shit that's in the apartments when we get there.
