Cute, classic UWS style with brick walls and high ceilings, great location, a lot of potential.
The common areas are a disaster, trash on the outside stairs, hanging wires in hall, broken bells and buzzers, broken intercom, no video buzzers.
Fix the locks, buzzers, install video intercom, clean up and repair the steps and hallways.
