Miss this brownstone!

Pros:
We loved this UWS apartment, our first in NYC. The location was great being off of the 2/3 express lines, making commutes downtown easier while still being accessible to Columbia. The building was charming, and our unit felt very much like a home. Being on the back of the building, our noise levels were quite low for Manhattan. Property management were extremely responsive at all times.
Cons:
A couple cockroaches would be found in our apartment on occasion (maybe one or two per month) but that’s quite tame for Manhattan standards.
