great location- Not worth the Price
Pros
Amazing location couldn’t ask for better. street noise is basically non existent.
Cons
The management is almost impossible to get in contact with. No CO detectors, had to call the fire department when there was a gas leak in my apartment because i smelled it. The kitchen cabinet fell of the wall completely. There’s mold galore in the bathroom even though we leave the door open and open the window. 0 natural light. Garbage is always piling up on the street.
Advice to the owners
Have a better request portal system that both tenants can use. Better clarity on who to get in contact with and faster response times.
