Nice Apt. Issues With Communication

Pros:
It's a very clean building and the apartments are newly renovated
Cons:
Issues with flooding, issues with hot water taking forever to heat up, and issues with shower water pressure.

Keyless Doors Virtual Doorman Only 3 or 4 apartments per floor Responsive with small repairs - oven, lights
Cons:
In Unit Laundry - Took 7 weeks to replace a broken dryer

Recently renovated apartments. Nice finishes. Good location near restaurants and short walk to Central Park

Apartments is a fairly narrow. Trash room was on 1st floor right next to staircase
