    great building and location

    Pros:
    tons of light, great area, management super responsive
    Cons:
    poor water pressure on higher floors, windows don't block a lot of noise. external door doesn't close firmly in the winter which can allow for theft
    Advice to owner:
    please fix the front door so it closes firmly in the winter
