    roaches and opera singers

    Pros:
    quintessential nyc experience
    Cons:
    dirty and loud. you could smell the neighbors’ dogs from the hallway. i had roaches on day 1!! took months to get rid of them with no help from property manager.
    Advice to owner:
    you are exploitative and misleading monsters

    I have to vacuum every day because the walls are literally falling in on me.

    the layout of these apartments sucks. so awkward and overpriced
