    Horrible landlord but great apartment (5A)

    Pros:
    The fifth floor walk up is worth it for an amazing gem of an apartment (5A)
    Cons:
    Horrible water pressure, bad landlord who will make no upgrades
    Advice to owner:
    Replace the intercom!!! Listen when residents give feedback
