Very friendly and supportive staff, sunny apartments with huge windows, friendly neighbors with cute puppies, utilities included with rent, excellent location.
Laundry room is quite expensive, water pressure and temperature control on higher floors is very poor, NYC steam heat is NYC steam heat, street noise from Broadway.
Hallways are kept spotless, trash is always taken out quickly, zero noise, package room, electricity included with rent
One doorman is not nice at all.
