Terrible, terrible, terrible
Pros
Rent was relatively cheap given the amount of space and location, amazing to be in between the river and Central Park
Cons
Almost everything that could go wrong did go wrong. Cockroaches on the ground floor, paper-thin ceilings and walls, crazy people buzzing themselves in and screaming in the halls, and worst of all, cold showers in the winter. The owner not only ignored my complaints, but also tried to stop me from complaining to 311.
