Great Building with bad management
Former Tenant
Pros:
- beautiful apartments - no noise between apartments - Nice staff - great location
Cons:
- like a new luxury building with far very cheap owner, 1 of 3 elevators has been broken for 3 years and they will not fix because it is too expensive - stuck in elevator for a full hour - owner did not even respond to my request for reason why or compensation for the personal trainer that I missed - old appliances that they will not update unless completely broken - absolutely no flexibility on rent when it came to Covid. We paid $4,000 a month to live in our apartment for about 6 out of our 24 month lease
Advice to owner:
Fix your elevators and at least pretend to care more about your tenants. If you are not going to keep up with amenities, do not price apartments like they are in new luxury buildings.

Good Place to Stay
Former Tenant
Pros:
I like the amenities, the rooftop especially was such a nice surprise I’m staying in a studio that is really clean and well structured, wouldn’t say it’s small except the kitchen. Safe surrounding And clean common spaces
Cons:
WiFi in my room was a little slow. Rented a room through air bnb and the host doesn’t really respond timely.
