Mice, leak on the ceiling, Bells don’t work so you have to open the door every-time by going downstairs for deliveries.

I lived here in 1972-1973 in the third floor front apartment. It was $150 a month and my mother thought I was crazy to spend so much on rent. I wish I had stayed there.
