    Good building in great location

    Pros:
    Management is responsive. Amenities are in good shape, though the pool is mostly used for kids classes. Neighbors are great.
    Cons:
    Occasionally had cockroach issue.

    A charming oasis on the UWS

    Pros:
    The doormen and staff are incredible. The neighbors are really kind and friendly. Great amenities ad close to so many parks. It has the perfect charm of the UWS.
    Cons:
    The communication with management can be abmissal. Lack of notification when our roof went under construction.
