Pros:
Doorman, elevator, natural light, place to receive packages
Cons:
Had some problems with pests (rats one time, roaches a few times) had some major water damage in ceiling that took a while to repair and caused unnecessary damage by the delay
Advice to owner:
respond to maintenance requests quickly, before they become more severe
