Pros

Quiet apartments and neighbors, great front desk staff (Peachie and Kema are gems), spacious pre-war apartments.

Cons

No bike room, slow elevator

Pros

Great location, attentive staff, although the limited total number of folks. Decent size apartments, no real building amenities outside of the doorman.

Cons

Occasional cockroaches although the building has an exterminator come every month for free. Heat gets very warm in the winter, so have to have windows open.

Advice to the owners

hire more doorman.
