Solid, but not for me
Pros
Apartments are large and super and landlord are great! Windows are huge, and ceilings are crazy tall. Proximity to the express train is amazing, makes transportation easier.
Cons
Location is bad, 96th gets really loud. Church bells every 30 mins, rush hour noise, and a pigeon problem in the air shaft make the apartments constantly noisy. Block has nothing to offer, not much in the way of trees or good restaurants.
Advice to the owners
Kitchen could use a refresh, but really nothing else.
