    Super handles everything quickly
    Cons:
    Heat was lacking a little

    Good building for the city with very fair prices

    Good management and super. Did not have problems or issues with the neighbors in my 2 years there.
    Cons:
    Some apartments with no real sunlight. There can be noisy neighbors. Mail is all gathered in the lobby, but my packages were always safe
