Pros:
Old but renovated, well maintained, heater and water pressure are great!

You can easily hear your neighbors

Pros:
- wonderful supers - well maintained appliances - present landlords
Cons:
- heat can be very noisy - neighbors can be loud in the hallway (sound carries) - no laundry room
Advice to owner:
Add a laundry room
