    Ok starter, but it's got lots of issues
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Spacious, great location, quiet area. responsive landlord though often dismissive
    Cons:
    Super is non-responsive and is very sloppy in his handiwork. Very old building and hasn't been updated since maybe the 70s.Roach infestation. Safety issues at times.
    Advice to owner:
    Care about your tenants and update basic living conditions
