    Nice but creaky

    The location is beautiful, great light
    Cons:
    The building is very creaky and neighbours are easily heard

    Private backyard and duplex apartment
    Cons:
    Old and not maintained. The first floor apartment keeps flooding. Neighbors say that’s the reason previous tenants moved

    Do a full renovation
