Clean, quiet, never saw a single bug or pest on our second floor apartment
The heating is sporadic in the winter. When it’s off it’s like an igloo, when it’s on it’s like a sauna. Our heater was also loud. Super was unresponsive at times, but always did the work in the end.
If possible, improve the heating situation, but otherwise great experience!
