Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean. Good neighbors. Feels intimate and homey.
Cons:
Laundry room--only one washer and one dryer. The owner of #3 is not responsive. Minor repairs gets done relatively quickly but major repairs take a long time.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive to your tenants' needs. Yes, we pay you rent but you also have obligations to your tenants as a landlord.

Pros:
Building is well-maintained and clean. Didn’t see a single pest.
Cons:
Laundry room is very small (one machine).
Advice to owner:
Keep doing what you’re doing!
