No frills building
Former Tenant
Pros:
It's an old, no frills building, small apartments, but great location right next to riverside park and just a few blocks from Central Park.
Cons:
Rodents in the basement used to be an issue, but they have since bought better garbage cans for the trash so I haven't seen any more rodents. The apartments are old and need updating.
