Great Building All Around

Pros:
Amazing super, management, and building staff. All super nice. Luca and Debbie are great
Cons:
Small bugs initially but due to nobody living in the unit for a while over the summer so high humidity. Super took care of the issue

Pros:
the super and door staff were friendly and very helpful. there is a sense of community - especially love how residents will leave books in the lobby to exchange (and sometimes other freebies).
Cons:
management was very slow to fix problems in the building. gas was out for ~6 months in the middle of the winter, there were periods when almost all of the dryers were broken. there were no working elevators for close to a year (the building is 9 floors, so this is illegal). we didn't receive rent reductions in any of these instances.
