UWS's rising scammer on its way

Pros

newly rennovated, nice neighborhood for sure

Cons

1. management had mistakenly not installed electricity to my stove so lived there for 8 months without a stove (did receive portable stove) 2. TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION (not once received a reply back, manager's always "out of office") 3. live-in super is a LIEEEEE they live around the area but they will never appear on time

Advice to the owners

I can honestly put the non working stove thing aside, but the issue I've had with the management and their poor communication is the reason that I've decided to leave this building
