Love this building and street!
Former Tenant
Pros:
This is a very quiet, homey building on a lovely UWS street. There is an elevator and laundry in the basement. It’s close to the subway and both parks!
Cons:
Radiator doesn’t really work and the building is old so it’s not insulated very well.
Washing machines aren’t always cleaned properly and this has caused clean clothes to come out with mold streaks.
Advice to owner:
Check on the machines in the laundry room more often!

Not much else!
Cons:
Poorly maintained
Always dirty hallways
Unresponsive management
Cheap but not worth it
Pest infested often
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive!
