Nothing horrible but nothing great
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lots of light and wide windows Laundry in-unit Garbage disposal on each floor
Cons:
Elevator is always broken and the card system is so stupid There was a dent on our front door that management failed to fix Noise level is very high because the building is right by Times Square The surrounding area (Midtown west in general) is so chaotic and smelly
Advice to owner:
Visible damages to the property should be promptly fixed, AC and heat are issues

Good staff horrible management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Friendly staff, quick elevators, nice views
Cons:
The property manager is condescending, dismissive, and unhelpful. The rent is paid to Rezi, which is operated independently from the building. This causes incentives to be misaligned. The elevators stopped working on multiple occasions, resulting in having to walk up 35+ flights of stairs but we were still told “the elevators are working” and that we were “the only ones complaining”. There has been power drills and hammering for 2 months from 8 am onwards. Working from home is not viable during these times.
Advice to owner:
Check the attitude of your management.

Great building, terrible management and maintenance
Former Tenant
Pros:
The rooms are spacious and modern
Cons:
Management is not responsive to maintenance requests and when making repairs will use the cheapest possible way and take the longest amount of time. Lots is follow-up is needed. The owner is 100% unresponsive, and you may get lucky with a 25% response rate from the manager
Advice to owner:
Treat your clients with respect and respond to their emails or phone calls

Avoid at all costs
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious layout Convenient location
Cons:
Building-wide fruit fly infestation that hasn’t been resolved for months Multiple water leaks Unresponsive management and slow repairs All amenities closed Main entrance locked since June 2020, so you have to call the doorman every time to let you in All amenities closed
Advice to owner:
Poor management/ownership has ruined this apartment. Please put at least a tiny bit of effort into trying to make tenants happy.

Awful building management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location and nice views from some apts
Cons:
Everything related to management of the building. There is one amazing doorman and everyone else legit suck so
Advice to owner:
Fire all your doormen except the amazing Jamaican guy. Find a place for recycling. Fix the issue with the cards in the elevator that happens every single day. Hire people who care.
