The landlady will get very personal

Pros

Great, private building with amazing light and loft like sense of space.

Cons

We found out the renovations done on the apartment were illegal and there was a vacate order. Also the landlady’s kids had just moved away and she adopted us without consent instead. Woke up at 8 am on more than one occasion to her knocking on our door/ about to enter with her keys to ask when we were going to get married and have kids.
