Live-in super (Warren) is amazing and has been here forever. Many neighbors have lived here for generations. The lobby is immaculate. Units themselves are clean (though they are older) and utilities work well.
Heating in winter when it is very cold (20 degrees or less) is not ideal, but space heaters help.
