fine building. bad management. rude super

- elevators - doormen - lobby renovations

Cons

- laundry expensive and there's no way to match up the amount you're forced to load onto your card with the cost of a load of laundry (you're forced to leave money on the table/overload your card) - lived here for 3 years. the super was difficult to deal with, condescending, and not responsive
