You get what you pay for

Pros:
building management is pretty responsive and while the city noise can be loud in the unit, there is not a lot of noise from nenighbors
Cons:
water pressure/hot water isnt always the best. have had a few issues with bugs but mngmt has came to spray each time we brought it to their attention.
