Favorite apartment in nyc

Pros:
The building staff is so incredibly responsive, water pressure is unparalleled, neighbors are quiet and seem to be long term, laundry in building, and amazing amount of space.
Cons:
Really just the location not being super convenient for me. Otherwise this is a perfect place.
