The building staff is so incredibly responsive, water pressure is unparalleled, neighbors are quiet and seem to be long term, laundry in building, and amazing amount of space.
Cons:
Really just the location not being super convenient for me. Otherwise this is a perfect place.

World's worst building management Company
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice doormen, good block.
Cons:
Landlord tried to strong arm me, threatened to not allow my movers in to vacate even though my rent was current. Blatantly lied to me about my lease terms.
Advice to owner:
Hire a new property manager.
